With over 30 years in the financial services industry, Tom uses an impressive combination of experience, expertise and personalized service to help credit unions and their employees reach their financial goals. Tom graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1978 and began his financial services career in 1980 with Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors as well as the Knoxville Life Underwriter’s Association. He has also been a Lifetime & Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table for 30 consecutive years, qualifying for MDRT’s Top of the Table five times and the Court of the Table five times.

As a highly experienced financial planner, Kevin provides credit union clients with financial services solutions, insights and guidance that can help them grow stronger and more profitable. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Kevin worked with CUNA Mutual Group from 1999 to 2001 as a financial advisor, district manager and division manager in the Members Financial Services area. He managed over 25 reps in 20 different credit unions before taking on the task of implementing the Members Financial Services Program at Navy Federal Financial Group. Kevin earned his CFP® designation in 1995 and became a CFP® licensee 1996. Kevin has also obtained his Certified Long Term Care (CLTC®), Certified Financial Educator (CFeD®), and Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®) designations.

David has worked for over 20 years in the financial services industry and specializes in offering executive compensation plans and investment management services to credit unions. He has his series 7 and 65 licenses for selling securities, and is licensed to sell life insurance, long term care insurance, and annuities. David graduated from the University of San Francisco with a degree in finance.

Jim and Chris possess decades of complementary experience that enable them to meet the executive and employee benefits objectives of credit unions. Jim has served credit unions for more than 20 years, primarily as a leader of firms which provide vital support for the industry. He was president of CNBS, the Corporate Credit Union Network’s first investment advisor and broker/dealer, as well as president/CEO of The Central Credit Union Fund, the nation’s oldest corporate credit union. His experience serving as a credit union director, as well as answering to its board of directors, enables Jim to bring an important perspective to credit unions as they plan strategies to attract, retain and appropriately reward talented executives and staff. Jim earned a master’s in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning.
Chris is founder and CEO of Harbour Planning Group, LLC, and a leading financial advisor specializing in corporate financial planning and executive benefit design. As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional with a master’s in Business Administration, Chris is uniquely qualified to assist financial institutions with the compensation and retention of their management team.
